The purpose of the Centre for Character Leadership is to support leaders in creating a high-trust, effective culture. The Centre is founded by Kathleen Redmond, MCC, Executive Coach, Sessional Professor of the University of Guelph’s MA (Leadership) Program, and author who works with leaders and facilitates on-line learning to support “the leader as coach”.

Her five books are:

I am honoured to be an Associate of the Centre for Character Leadership, together with Patrick McCann and Crystal-Lee Olson, under the leadership of Kathleen.

We help leaders build the tools required to create workplaces of respect, integrity, trust and authentic communication.
