Michelle Winklaar is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, Team Coach, and founder of Cambium Coaching.
With over 25 years of experience in public and private sector senior leadership roles, a Masters in Leadership from the University of Guelph, and a Certification in Leadership Coaching (CLC), Michelle combines an evidence-based coaching approach to co-create actionable steps for achieving individual and team goals.
As a former two-term Minister of Economy and Education for the island of Aruba, and former CEO of Digicel Aruba, Michelle’s experiences provide a unique and effective approach for her clients.
Michelle is certified to administer Hogan Personality Assessments, and specializes in coaching female senior leaders, and teams who want to perform exceptionally.

The term “coaching” has been often used to describe an array of services, and that word may not always be referencing non-directive coaching.
The term “coach” is often used to describe consultancy, advisory, counseling, or another form of service that provides clients with answers.
Coaching does not give answers. The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:
Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today's uncertain and complex environment.
Michelle adheres to the strict standards and principles that the ICF sets for all credentialed coaches and couples this with evidence-based tools that have been studied and determined to be effective.
