Michelle Winklaar is an Executive Leadership Coach and the founder of Cambium Coaching.

With a Masters in Leadership from the Lang School of Business & Economics at the University of Guelph, and as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Michelle combines an evidence-based coaching approach, together with over 20 years of experience in public and private sector senior leadership roles, to co-create actionable steps for achieving individual and team goals.

As a former two-term Minister of Economy and Education for the island of Aruba, and former CEO of Digicel Aruba, Michelle’s experiences provide a unique and effective approach for her clients. Michelle is certified to administer the Hogan Personality Assessments, and specializes in coaching female senior leaders, and teams who want to perform exceptionally.
